A popular gathering spot for all fans of the slopes. The Rattensperger family treats you to culinary morsels featuring products from their own farm, such as hearty knuckle of veal and pork, delicious spare ribs as well as original Pinzgau Blatt‘ln.
Typical for a hut such as this, they also offer a typical Pinzgau Brettljause (wooden board topped with a selection of sausage, cheese and schnapps), along with various other homemade products, of course. Enjoy the magnificent views out across the rooftops of Kaprun, recharging your batteries for the rest of your day of skiing.
All lovers of fine spirits will really appreciate the schnapps produced in their own distillery. Since 1995, the Unteraigen has produced many different award-winning distillates such as an apple cuvee, gentian, raspberry, red currant, rowanberry, Williams pear and plum. MAISI
